1. Private Hire Bookings
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all private hire bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Private hire bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the booking date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If fewer participants attend than originally booked, the agreed minimum booking value remains payable.

The remaining balance is payable on the day prior to participation.
2. Special Events & Ticketed Experiences
Tickets purchased for structured training events or special scenario days are non-refundable.
If Hardline CQB Ltd cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3. Participant Refusal
Refunds will not be issued where participation is refused due to:

Failure to complete a waiver

Failure to follow safety instructions
-
Suspected alcohol or recreational drug use

Breach of site rules
Hardline CQB Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants for safety reasons.
4. Retail Products (When Applicable)
Where physical products are sold:

Customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Refunds will be processed once returned goods are received and inspected.

Certain items, including safety equipment and customised goods, may be non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
5. Event Cancellation by Hardline CQB Ltd
If an event is cancelled by Hardline CQB Ltd:

Customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
